Frequently Asked Questions

For weddings, I recommend booking 6-12 months in advance to secure your date. Family and portrait sessions can typically be booked 2-4 weeks ahead, though peak season (October-April) tends to fill up faster. Event photography should be booked as early as possible.

Yes! I serve all of Sarasota County and surrounding areas including Bradenton, Venice, Lakewood Ranch, and Anna Maria Island. Travel fees may apply for locations outside of Sarasota County. I'm also available for destination sessions -- just reach out to discuss.

Wedding galleries are delivered within 2-3 weeks. Family sessions and events are typically ready within 1-2 weeks. I know you're excited to see your images, so I prioritize quick turnaround without sacrificing quality.

All packages include professional editing, high-resolution digital images, and an online gallery for easy sharing and downloading. The online gallery makes it simple to share photos with family and friends and order prints directly.

Florida weather can be unpredictable! If rain is expected, we'll reschedule to the next available date at no additional cost. I monitor the forecast closely and will communicate with you well in advance if we need to adjust plans.

After booking, I'll send you a detailed style guide with outfit recommendations based on your session location and time. In general, coordinating (not matching) colors work beautifully, and I suggest avoiding busy patterns and logos. Neutral and earthy tones photograph especially well on the beach.
